The lift to the basement is contained in the front entranceway, and looks like a closet when the door is closed

The lift is not a comercially made one, and runs off of an industrial garage door opener, and has a homemade platform and pully system.

The hallways are slightly wider than standard, at 42", and the doorways are 36".

This indoor lift was created by the homeowners, and uses the platform and motor from a stair climber lift.

This indoor lift is a commercial lift installed by Access 2000. On the top floor it opens into the garage on one side and hallway on the other. Down one floor it opens into the basement.

Remote wall switches for fireplace and blinds are conveniently placed on the walls.

This wall mounted environmental control allows the different doors to be locked from one area, and lets you know which are locked, and which aren't.

The telephone and security system are set at a height that is accessible for the homeowner.

The complex contains a multi-function room which can be reserved for family functions.

The multi-function room contains a kitchen, and is accessible by elevator.

Exercise room is open to all condo owners.
